Thanks to this article..
I got my life back.
My blackberry phones software crashed and tried to sync with my outlook. lost all my contact. Left with only one contact that i had just added to blackbery.

Able to recover 1500 + contacts..

Great piece of information that helped me regain 400+ contacts that were “deleted” due to stupid manner in which I operated the system.

Just five minutes ago I managed (with help from Microsoft ActiveSync)to delete all of my 200 contacts in outlook an on my HTC HD. This saved me lots of trouble!
